Review Management System (QES)

Bradford now use the QES Case Review Management System to manage all DHRs, LCSPRs and SARs and it is managed by the Safeguarding Business Unit and DASV team. This system allows for end-to-end management of cases, from notifications through to the formulation of actions plans following the publication of reviews.

All scoping, IMRs and chronologies are submitted into this case management system and it is at the discretion of each agency how this is done. You will find user guides within this page to support you with using this system.
